ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds. Exchanges only accepted with braid hair within three days of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original package with original receipt. We reserve the right to not issue exchange if product is open or used. Yes Queen Beauty Supply, Yes Queen LLC assumes no responsibility for customers use of any product purchased. It is the customer's responsibility to determine and follow proper usage guidelines. No further warranty of any kind is expressed or implied.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damages caused by handling caused by shipping of USPS/DHL/FEDEX carriers.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
